Ramsbury FC said a huge thank you to our volunteer youth coaches, team secretaries and committee members at the Christmas drinks and curry held at the Ramsbury Royal British Legion.
It was a great night with another fantastic curry from Ruchi’s Indian Restaurant and delivered by Under 12 Whites coach Bash Miah and enjoyed by over 20 coaches and committee members. If you haven’t had a curry from Rushi’s you have missed out, but you can find them at 89 Victoria Road in Old Town Swindon.
The curry and drinks were courtesy of Ramsbury and the venue courtesy of the Royal British Legion in Ramsbury which is a great community venue and open to the public during the day as a welcoming a warm cafe.
Ramsbury FC continues to thrive with a bigger and very committed Committee under the stewardship of Chair Andy Knowles and over 45 coaches and team secretaries for 12 youth teams and a men’s team. Ramsbury FC remains very much a grass roots community football club for all levels of players and the lifeblood of the club are the selfless volunteers who provide coaching and administration for our youth football to be fun and safe.
Our annual Christmas drinks and curry is a small thank you to all who volunteer their time and make our Club as good as it can be.
