Ramsbury FC U16s maintained their unbeaten 100% record by beating fierce rivals Larkhall FC U16s 2-0 at the Ramsbury Recreation Ground.
Both teams had not been defeated with Larkhall FC U16s sitting top on better goal difference. But they could not find a way past a resolute and well organised Ramsbury FC U16s side who were up for the challenge and on the front foot from kick off.
Two superb Ramsbury goals were the difference and enough for Ramsbury FC U16s to secure the win and all 3 points to go 3 points clear and top of Div 1 over Larkhalll FC U16s who slip into second place.
The quality of the football was exceptionally high by both teams and the referee was excellent in controlling a physical but technically strong display by both sides.
